"I had a lot of muscle tension in my neck. It was causing numbness and dizziness.
I tried a massage to relax my neck, but it became tight again right away.
Shawn was able to manipulate the muscles and joints in my neck, and got the muscles to relax.
He then did dry needling as well, which is amazing at getting muscles to release! He then taught me some exercises to prevent it from recurring. He has an awesome set of skills and brings them all to every session!"
