We use various modes of communication from Zoom, to Facebook Messenger and Facetime. We have clients throughout the country and would he happy to have a virtual meeting.

Julie is an excellent trainer. She pushes you the exact amount. She checks on you before and after your sessions. While I haven't lost any weight, I feel a lot stronger, move easier, and don't have back pain most days. I look forward to my sessions every week. Plus it is the cleanest gym around.
